Mode: Online (zoom)| Duration: 6 sessions| Investment: BDT 8,000/-

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training is designed to equip professionals with foundational knowledge of process improvement strategies using the globally recognized DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). This course introduces participants to the core concepts, tools and terminology of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, enabling them to effectively support improvement projects within their organizations.

Through this training, participants will gain a clear understanding of how to identify customer needs (VOC), map out processes (SIPOC), collect and interpret basic data, analyze root causes of problems and contribute to sustainable improvements. They will also be introduced to key Lean principles like waste reduction, 5S and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke).

By the end of the program, Yellow Belt holders will be able to work confidently as contributing team members in Six Sigma projects, communicate using Six Sigma language and support higher-level improvement efforts led by Green or Black Belts.
