At Bangladesh Skill Bank, we aim to provide a valuable learning experience through our live online and offline training programs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:
1.1. For live online classes, full refunds will be provided if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the first session.
1.2. For In-person offline training sessions, full refunds will be available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to the event.
2.1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at training.bangladeshskillbank@gmail.com/+8801976975456 with your order details and reason for cancellation.
2.2. Refund requests for both online live classes and in-person training sessions will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Custom corporate training sessions and consultancy services are non-refundable once they have been delivered or scheduled.
4.1. If you are unable to attend a live online class or offline training session, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session, subject to availability and approval.
