Strategic Leadership Communication (SLC) is a practical professional diploma program designed to help professionals develop the communication capabilities required for leadership roles. This program focuses on real workplace communication—from everyday conversations and meetings to conflict situations, influence and strategic stakeholder communication.

Through practical frameworks, discussions, simulations and real workplace examples, participants will develop the ability to communicate with clarity, confidence and strategic intent.

Program Modules

The program consists of six practical modules, each focusing on a key communication skill required for professional success.


Module 1

Speak with Clarity and Confidence at Work

Build the foundation of professional communication and interpersonal interaction.

Module 2

Presenting Ideas with Confidence

Learn how to communicate ideas clearly in meetings and discussions.

• responding to questions and objections
• speaking confidently in professional discussions

 

Module 3

Managing Difficult People & Workplace Relationships

Develop the ability to handle challenging personalities and complex workplace dynamics.

Module 4

Persuasion & Influencing Skills

Module 5

Feedback, Coaching & Performance Conversations

Develop the communication skills required to lead and develop people.

Module 6

Stakeholder Communication & Managing Up

Learn how to communicate strategically with leaders, clients and cross-functional teams.

Capstone Project

At the end of the program, participants will complete a Capstone Communication Project where they will apply the skills learned throughout the program.

Participants will analyze a real workplace communication challenge and develop a Strategic Communication Plan, which may include:

• handling a difficult conversation
• influencing a stakeholder decision
• resolving a workplace relationship issue
• conducting a performance conversation
• communicating a complex message to leadership

The capstone project helps participants apply the learning to real professional situations, making the program practical and impactful.

Class Schedule      : Weekly 2 Days

Time                           : 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM

The program includes interactive sessions, workplace case discussions, practical exercises and simulations.
